If during the One-year period, FSE International Limited is notified promptly in writing upon discovery of any defect in the products, including a detailed description of the alleged defect, such product are indeed defective and not caused by accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, improper installation or packaging, repair or alteration by someone other than  FSE International Limited, then  FSE International Limited shall , at its option , either Repair, replace, or credit a buyer for such defective products.
