GZD series vibrating feeder can feed blocky, granular material into receiving material device uniformly and continuously, and it can be also used for preliminary screening.The vibrating feeder is widely used in metallurgy, coal mine, beneficiation, construction, chemical, grinding, etc for feeding.
Performance features of Circular Vibrating Sieve:
1.With vibration motor as vibration source, no other moving part. Little noise, low electric consumption and simple structure, convenient operation.
2.It can adjust the feeding material amount by adjusting the vibration force of vibrating motor.
3.The optimized-design bar ensures to screen material more effectively without plugging .Preliminary screening performance is excellent due to the big screening effective area.
4.The optimized-design elastic element of the equipment reduces the noise and makes the machine operate evenly.
5.Adopt low alloy steel (Q345) so the equipment can work well in-40 ℃ cold area.
