Industrial Flotation Machine Processing for Upgrading of Ores
Brief Introduction of Flotation Machine Processing:
Flotation Machine is suitable to separate non-ferrous metal, ferrous metal, noble metal, non-metallic mineral, chemical rough and etc. It can be used in roughing, scavenging, concentration or reverse flotation. In flotation machine, the slurry mixed with drugs would be stirred and inhaled air, so that valuable minerals adhere to bubbles, float to slurry surface and then scraped off ,other minerals still stay in the slurry, thus valuable minerals are separated out.
Features of Flotation Machine Processing:
1.Large inhaling capacity and low consumption.
2.Complete flotation circuit with inhaling air and slurry, no auxiliares are needed.
3.Reasonable circulation of slurry decreases coarse sand sedimentation.
4.Automatic controlling device makes adjustment more convenient.
Working principle of Flotation Machine Processing:
The motor transmits power through belt,drives the moving jaw to do periodic motion towards the fixed jaw by the eccentric shaft.The angle between toggle plate and moving jaw plate increases when moving jaw moves.So the moving jaw moves towards the fixed jaw.The stuff will be crushed in this process.The angle between toggle plate and moving jaw decreases when moving jaw moves down,the moving jaw moves leaves fixed jaw by pulling rod and spring,the final crushed stuff will be discharged from the outlet.
