HUIYUAN OPGW & ADSS Suspension Clamp

The pre-twisted suspension clamp is one kind of connection hardware to hang OPGW cable on electric transmission line tower. The clamp has mach usage like decreasing static stress on the hanging point, improving the vibration resistance ability of the cable and restraining dynamic stress of wind vibration. Besides, it can ensure the curve of the cable under permission so that the cable may not suffer from bending stress. Structure and material:
This product is combined by suspension head(each suspension head is composed of rubber jig, aluminum clamping plates, bolts, spring washers, plat washers, nuts, silent pins and so on),proformed armor rods pre-twisted wire and so on.
Armour rods pre-twisted wire is wrapped around the surface of the cable directly to provide the cable with protection and stiffness and it’s nipped by rubber jig inserts. The central pitch of outer pre-twisted wire pins drum-shaped rubber jig dowm naturally and then is nipped by the aluminum clamping plates.
