Application of Wet Planetary Ball Mill Machine :
Ball mill is the key equipment for grinding after the crushing process, which is widely used in the manufacture industries, such as cement, silicate, new building material, refractory material, fertilizer, ferrous metal, nonferrous metal and glass ceramics and can be used for the dry and wet grinding for all kinds of ores and other grindable materials.
Working principle of Wet Planetary Ball Mill Machine:
The ball mill is horizontal cylindrical rotation device, driven by brim gearwheel. There are two chambers and grid. Material goes into the first chamber through the feeding inlet. Inside the first chamber, there are stage liners and ripple liners as well as steel balls. The shell rotates so as to generate electricity, and this force brings ball to a certain height and then balls drop down by gravity, the impact is the grinding force to the material. After the primary grinding, materials go into the second chamber through segregate screen. In the second chamber, there are flat liners and steel ball, after the secondary grinding, material is discharged from the discharging.

Ball mill is made up of feedisng part, discharging part, gyre part, transmission part, (decelerator, small transmission gear, generator, electrical control) and so on. Cylinder is rolled and welded with Q235B steel plate. (the steel thickness is generally 1/100 of the cylinder diameter, for example ball mill of Φ1500, the steel plate thickness is 16 mm), the material of inlet and outlet hollow shaft is ZG35, hollow shaft and the cylinder flange stop mouth is positioned, and bolts are tightened; According to the cylinder length it can be divided single storehouse, two warehouse or three warehouse, each warehouse in the cylinder set a "manhole door", to clean up steel ball, maintenance, replacement liners. Monolayer partition liner between each warehouse can ease the material pressure, adjust and control the material flow, so as to realize the warehouse different grinding size. The warehouse liner has different shapes, you can use ladder liner, waveform liner, layering liner etc. In the warehouse grinding media type specification can also be different according to the technical requirement; The head of the liner bolts can be square sink type, can effectively reduce the ball hit on the bolts and wear and loose. Liner bolts tail with the special seals and gasket sealed, can effectively prevent materials were leaked.
