INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Lighting installation,shall ensure that under the conditions of cut off power supply,In order to avoid improper operation caused by electric shock

2. After opening the high bay light packaging later,first,using configured screw fix lampshade and lamp holder,ensure that the lamp body and the hook are connected firmly,The lamp body is installed in the reserved lamp position, or light chain, steel hook.After connection check all parts whether connected firmly.

3. After the installation is complete,link power,the test lighting whether can be used normally.

ELECTRICAL CONNECTION INSTRUCTION:

LED High Bay Light power supply line is 3 core sheath line,the red or brown line connect live wire,the blue line connect neutral wire,Yellow green flowered line connect earth wire.After the electrical connection,the wires connection place need waterproof treatment,Inside the lamp,connecting driver and light source use waterproof joint line,easy to maintain and use.

matters needing attention:

1. In order to ensure the lighting is reliable and stable working, the ground wire must be reliable grounding!

2. After the connection,must use the insulating tape winding,ensure each other reliable insulation,and do waterproof treatment

3. The hook connect the lamp body and the hanging hook must be reliable fastening,to prevent the lamp fall off

4. The input voltage can't exceed AC285V,Otherwise it will cause irreparable damage!

     Q1.Are you a factory or trading company?
We have 300 sqm modern factory, with 5 production lines. We have 500 factory workers and 10 of them are quality control and engineer guys. Welcome to visit our factory.

Q2. Is Your products the lowest price?
The price is based on the quality level and the order quantity. We have different quality level products for buyers option and discount is available from us when the order is big.

Q3. All products have a warranty?
Yes, we supply 1 to 5 years warranty for our products. You will be satisfied with our quality.

Q4. What is the transportation?
By air, by Sea, by Express, by Train and Ttruck, all are ok to us.

Q5. If the goods in transit damage, how to do?
First of all, we will use stable packing, the possibility of the goods damaged during the shipping is low. If the goods is damaged  during shipping, and we covered the insurance, we will claim the insurance company and let them cover the loss. If there is no insurance cover, we will claim the shipping company and some times, we cover the loss of the goods for client.

Q6. Can we design packaging?
Yes, but there is with quantity limitation. For 10,000 pcs, we will make the packing free for the client, and if less than 10,000 pcs, we can talk, the package is free or little money will be charged.

Yes, there are several ways to do this.  We can put the label of your logo on the products or make the silk print of your logo on the products. It is free.

Quality Control:

100% of the lamps will be tested and keep lighting for 24 hours to test its quality reliability , and we will also test its temperature after 24 hours' lighting.

Then after it is cool we again test 100% of the lamps to see if it still work well . Each lamp should pass all these QC procedures before shipping to customer.

1. All price is Ex-work term.
