1. The hardness after  SKD11 cold work steel annealing Less than or equal 255 HBS.

2. SKD11 cold work steel has a higher strength and toughness, wear resistance than Cr12MoV tool steel.

3. SKD11 cold work steel  is a high carbon and high chromium cold work die steel.

 

4.Application:

1.  SKD11 cold work steel   is used in wear stamping die.

2.  SKD11 cold work steel is used in deep die of cold extrusion die.

3.  SKD11 cold work steel is used for making high precision,Cold squeezing mold.
