Deacidification and deodorizaiton tower
Continuous deacidification and deodorization:Under the vacuum condition and high temperature (250-260℃).
The deodorization system can remove fatty acid and odor components high efficiently and makes oil good flavor.
Meanwhile, it has the advantage of lowering steam consumption and avoid of the hydrolyzation of oil.
Deodorization process aims to remove the FFA and low molecular compounds in bleached oil. Entering into the
deodorization process,the flow of bleached oil is controlled by a flow controller,and the oil is heated to250-260℃
through a series of heat exchanger, then the temperature can reach to the condition of deodorizing.
When deodorizing, odor material in oil will be removed under the condition of high temperature and high vacuum.
Distilled fatty acid gas is discharged from the top of the deodorization tower,then collected by fatty acid catcher
thus, the environmental pollution will be reduced.
