A.There are mainly three parts in the rice bran oil making process, pretreatment,
leaching (extracting) and refining.in this oil making process,the Essential oil equipments

B.After the refining of five steps , we can get the grade 1 rice bran oil,you can get different
grade oil with different equipment, the detail information we will talk in our specific

Rice bran production pretreatment
The pretreatment process , the rice bran need to be have a magnetic separation ,removing the small iron . Then we need to
clean the rice bran ,wipe off the middle or samll light impurities
Then exrusion puffing , make the oil come out easily .After that ,we need to make the rice bran dry ,whicn control the
moisture between 9-9.5 % . Then we send the rice bran to extractor for leaching .

When we get the rice bran seed cake from pretreatment ,we need to put the cake to the extractor .Then the solvent oil
dissolve in the oil . We get the mixed oil . We heat the mixed oil by vapor . And the solvent changes gas . Then we get the
oil from the cake .
The process is like oil extracted - wet meal desolvation - mixed oil vaporation - stripping by steam - solvent recovery

The main process of rice bran oil dewaxing equipment :
(1Dewax of rice bran oil dewaxing equipment :used to remove off the wax in the oil, in order to get the high quality oil.(2)Heat-transfer oil stove of rice bran oil dewaxing equipment : supply each device production needing heat energy, temperature reach above 280°C.
(3) Steam generator ofrice bran oil dewaxing equipment : produce the needing steam for de-odoring and distillation.
(4) Vacuum pumpof rice bran oil dewaxing equipment : supply needing vacuum for dehydrate, de-color, de-odor. Vacuum degree can reach above 755mm Hg.
(5) Press filter of rice bran oil dewaxing equipment : filter clay, filter out clear oil.
(6) Air compressorof rice bran oil dewaxing equipment : blow dry bleached clay, blow empty the leftover oil in the press filter.
oil dewaxing and degrease process work under slowly stirring and cool the oil to certain temperature in fixed
time (technical security),and make waxy formed bigger crystallization,then separation exhalation,after filtering ,it separates the fluid oil and solid fat .After fractionation ,the oil will be clean after 5.5 hours in 0 °C,but it also can keep the transparency and flowability in the refrigerator and improve the oil quality and appearance.
