Small Ball Mill Operating Principle

The crushing process of the screen ball mill is the material breaking and grinding process.When the raw material from the end face of the addition funnel into the ball mill, ball mill began to rotate, and raw materials for the steel ball and cylinder rotating in the opposite direction of movement, the raw material is crushed and ground between the ball. Pellets crushed steel through the liner and on the radial holes into the mesh, the minus sieve pellets is discharged through a screen to the housing of the conical funnel, is larger than the screen mesh size billets with a ball mill rotating rise, and then by the trough between the two radial plates returned to the ball mill cylinder body, and then crushed and ground by the ball. Screen type ball mill is a continuous feeding, crushing and grinding balls in a row, the broken material is continuously discharged.

A:30% by TT as deposit on signing the contract, 70% by as final payment of balance after the client’s satisfactory inspection of the equipment prior to the goods leaving the factory.

Q: What about Warranty? what will we do if the machine is broken down

A: The warranty period for all of structural and mechanical equipment is one year. The warranty period for all electric motors is half one year. Wear parts are not covered by warranty unless the component part is found to be flawed.
