Rubber paste binder

Composition:

     Self-crosslinking copolymer of Butyl Acrylate,

       Acrylonitrile,Acrylic Acid and other functional monomers.

Specification:

    Appearance:milk-white liquid or paste                

     Solid Content:40±1%    PH value:6.0-7.50   Ion:Anion 

     Viscosity(25°C,#4 rotor,60rpm):2-5Pa·s

Features:

1.  Don’t contain toxic substances,meet with the environmental requirements  

     of related regulations and laws around the world such as Reach Regulation    

     (EU) and LAW 112(Japan)    

2.  Excellent fastness,high elasticity,good viscosity

3.  soft,similar to the dye printed

4.  Well compatible with other pigment printing ingredients,better mechanical

     and chemical stability.

Application:

1.  All kinds of pigment printing technique:flat and rotary 

     screen printing,table printing

2.  Apply to the pigment printing onto cotton,hemp,chemical

     fiber and blended fabric

Packaging:

     50kg/drum,125kg/drum with inner PE bag

Storage and transportation:

1.  Must be stored and transported at the temperature between -5 and 40°C,      and can be stored for 6 months or longer in a cool,dry and ventilated warehouse.

2.  Non-dangerous goods,transported as ordinary liquid chemicals.
