DOUBLE ACTING :

• Unique rack and pinion construction for constant torque output.
• Cylinder bore hard chrome plated, pinion Electro less Nickel Plated,
  external surface epoxy painted for high corrosion resistance.
• The pinion is supported on ball bearings.
• Unique rack supporting system, pre-load on pinion can be adjusted.
• Maximum working pressure 8 bar.
• Additional lubrication is not necessary
• Temperature range NBR - 20 °C to 80 °C
  Viton - 25 °C to 125 °C
  Flouro Silicon - 40 °C to 110 °C
  HNBR - 40 °C to 80 °C
• Life tested to more than 1 million cycles.
• Easily convertible from single to double acting and vice versa.

PINION BEARINGS

FLEXI ARM CONNECTION

• The Rack & pinion rod are connected through the flexible coupling
• No slide thrust is transferred to the piston rod.
• Ensured long life of piston rod seals

GUIDED SPRING CARTRIDGE

• Unique spring retaining system
• Pre - assembled catridge
• Spring can be inspected periodically without dismantling it from the Actuator
• Spring torque can be easily changed by interchanging the cartridge.

ZERO BACKLASH RACK GUIDE

• Rack Guiding system installed with ball bearings
• Eccentric pin provides adjustment to rack backlash

SPRING RETURN :

• Unique spring retaining system
• The spring can be removed from the Actuator for periodic inspection
• The springs are epoxy painted and life time lubricated
• Guaranteed to operate more than 1 million cycles

STANDARD PAINT FINISH

• ROTEX provides, a high quality corrosion protection system, on all DRV Actuators. The Actuators are painted usin a two coat system, an epoxy base primer of 15- 20 µ thickness and multiple top coat of RAL5015 of total 60 µ. The paint can withstand 200 hrs of salt spary test.
• Optional 1000 hrs of salt spary withstanding paintings can be provided.
