1. Each Blossom product has a reasonable guarantee period. Take acrylic bathtub for example,Main Body : 3 years,Main Accessories : 2 years.
2.  If  any Complaints happen, pls. submit the defect goods photos to us, the replacement will be provided with shipment of your next order.
3. We care more for our customers,1% FOC frequently used spare parts will be shipped along the container to customers.
