Q2: What is your product guarantee and after-sales service?

Blossom: 

1. Each Blossom product has a reasonable guarantee period. Take bathtub for example,Main Body : 3 years,Main Accessories : 2 years.
2.  If  any Complaints happen, pls. submit the defect goods photos to us, the replacement will be provided with shipment of your next order.
3. We care more for our customers,1% FOC frequently used spare parts will be shipped along the container to customers.  

Q3: What is your special product quality guarantee?

Our bathtub product are verified by CE, besides IQC(Incoming Quality Control),IPQC(In process quality control) and OQC(Outgoing Quality Control) process proceeded by our QC members, our salesman must do the goods inspection by themselves before shipment, so every order will be double checked by the salesman, it is like a dual guarantee to client, and now this policy is involved in the performance evaluation of each salesman.
