n       Time Set

Under the time mode, set hour by the SET key with the display of hour flashing, increase hour by pressing the MODE key within 2 seconds, ( the hour is increase by pressing the MODE key for more than 2 seconds). With the hour flashing, set minutes by pressing the SET key with the display of minute flashing, Increase minutes by pressing MODE key within 2 seconds, ( the minutes are increased by pressing the MODE key for more than 2 seconds). Return time mode by pressing the SET key or if no key is pressed after 6 seconds.

n       Step-Length Set

Under the distance mode, set step length by the SET key with the display of step length flashing, increase of 2 IN CH)(5CM) by pressing of MODE key within 2 seconds, Return to distance mode from setting mode if the SET key is pressed or ko ney is pressed after 6 seconds.

Step-length set range: 0-80 NI( 30-200 CM), 28IN (60CM) is the detaulf system.

 

n       Weight Set

Under the kcal mode, set weight by the SET key with the display of weight pressing flashing, increased by 10 LBS (2KG) by pressing MODE dey within 2 seconds. If the SET key is pressed or no key is pressed after 6 seconds, the display return to the kcal mode. Weight set range; 70’-270LB(30-120KG), 130LB (60KG) is the default system.

 

n       Step Clear

Anytime, the step, distance and KCAL can be cleared by holding the RESET key for more than 2 second.

 

n       British imperial/system/The metric system conversion

Under the STEP mode, the system is converted by holding the SET key for more than 2 seconds, At the same time, the display of step, distance and KCAL are cleared, and the weight and step length return to default value.

Attend: 12-hour system is the default system, the display of the time is 12:00, No action after five minutes under other mode, and return to the time mode.

 

n         Remarks:

This device use 4pcs AG12(LR43) batteries (3 pcs for LED torch, 1 pc for counting steps). Please change the battery when the LED torch is dim or the display is dark, if the device is not working, please take out the batteries, after 3 seconds, please install the batteries again and it will be work properly.
