1. The accessories of the machine adopted SMC original pneumatic component, Japan THK precision slide rail, precision mold is grinding of S136, cutter parts is made of SKD11 material. Mitsubishi PLC touch screen operation interface.

2. The machine is automatic loading material, dispensing, feeding the wire, inserting, cutting, output the finished product, to achieve fully automatic operation. The length of the wire and the seam gum can be adjusted by the operation interface parameter.

3. With automatic alarming system reporting irregular issues and giving the corresponding solutions in the form of message. It can also induct the incoming materials automatically and point out the lack of materials, predict and record the capacity.
