FPC Automatic Machine

Usage:

apply to the products  of  connectors-type automatic assembly with finned sliding spring FPC flat cable of continuous terminals                                           

Features:

1. Loaded continiously terminals   by vibrator to place onto the machine  to finish the operation one time  through automatic feed material , cutting, value into, terminal shaping, equiped with welding pieces and lock pieces, elecric conduction test , brede (tubing) . by using servo motor driver convex mechanism and the combination of sensors signal feedback technology , so as to ensure the machine's action synchronization during the machine under the high-speed operation. besides, precision transmission and fixed position technologies used by the machine to guarantee the quality of assemble products.

2. this machine can detect automatically the products' conduction in contact-type (optional), or to detect the assemble quality of reed of products in image-sensors technology (optional) ,  and separate away the bad products  (optional)  .

3. the products' reed can be taken onto the machine to  synchronized automatic assembly  of the  lug pieces(optional) and lock pieces (optional) , 

4. it can automatically synchronize the products online to brede(optional) and tubing (optional)

5. the machine is characterized  by counting , pre-set productivity.
