This type wine bottle washing filling capping monoblock is designed combined with the actual situation in our country after the introduction and absorption that comes from Germany technologies.

It adopts air vacuum  filling principle and filling valve adopts high precision mechanical valve. It has advantages of fast filling speed, high precision in liquid level. Adopt Siemens automatic controlling system, realizing trinity of the machines, and control the washing, filling and capping process.

1.      No bottle, no filling: the machine only starts to fill when there is bottle, because there is sensor to check the bottle. It will avoid the waste of the bottle and wine. The rate of the broken bottle is less than 1%-1.5% and the waste of the beer is less than 2%.

2.      Twice evacuation, long shelf life. The filling process is cleaner and pure due to its twice evacuation of bottles, and more stable because of isobaric filling operation. Using vacuum pump and CO2 injection to realize the second evacuation ensure no O2 and bacteria in the bottle, guarantee the filling quality and the shelf life. Twice evacuation, evacuation rate can achieve 3%, the increase of O2is 60PPB.

3.      Easy change, save time It can be suitable for different bottle height by the up and down device. Nylon board is easy to change. It takes less than half an hour to change the parts. 

Therefore, this machine is the best ideal choice for beer factories.

Working principle

There are six main parts of this machine:

1. Bottle rinser 2.Filler 3.Capper

Working process

The bottle sent into machine by conveyor belt divided into the fixed interval into machine by star wheel, bottle clip will turnover the bottle and finish washing, then send into the star wheel of bottle filling machine. The bottle will locate in filling valve below by ascension movement of the device. In the process of rotary, the bottles will be passed two procedure of the vacuum and CO2preparation, and then be in the filling work.

After filling, bottle base fall off, right guiding upward, bottle was sent to transmit star wheel, and then sent into the capping machine star wheel and put under the moulder of the gland plunger. Crown caps are put in the hopper in the top of the machine. Crown cap passes the hopper in storage into a blender and then sent to the head of gland plunger, and then moulder will press below automatically to finish the capping work. After capping, the bottle-out wheel will transfer the gland -finished bottles to the bottle conveyor belt. All work is finished.
