1. Descriptions:

 

Blood tube sealer, seals the tube of blood bag without causing haemolysis,leakage of blood and able to separate pulling. Sealing oepration is automatically activated when the tube is palced in between the sealing electrode.

 

The Blood Bag Tube Sealer provided by us, is a compact equipment to seal the blood bag pilot tube by radio frequency sealing system. It takes less than 2 seconds to seal per tube depending upon the tube variation. Further, the sealed tube can be easily separated by tearing the sealing section by both sides as our seal is wide after sealing by hand-easy tear. 3. Operating steps:

a) Plug the power,switch on. The power switch is in front of the upper right corner.

b) Preheated for 3~5 minutes after the sealer is electrified.Immediately seal tubes after power on will reduce the sealer's lifespan.

c) Automatically sealing when tube is placed in the slot of Head unit. After sealing, heat unit will be automatically tripping off for the next cycle later.
