1. Low Working Pressure
This wood fired thermal fluid heaters can work under low pressure (1.1Mpa), and reach 300℃ at atmospheric pressure.
2. Accurate Control System
Hot oil boiler, Oil-based thermal fluid are used as heater carrier in this heating system,  it can achieve higher temperature. Operator can also control the temperature accurately to meet different industry requirement.
3. Safe and Reliable Performance
There are dense coils installed at the top of the heater, this design can protect the boiler furnace top from burn out.
4. High Thermal Efficiency
The thermic oil flow from the low inlet to the high out let, this design will discharge gas produced during the process, and it will improve the thermal efficiency.
