1. Brief introduction of coal water slurry fuel
- Safe storage and transportation fuel: The presence of water in CWS reduces harmful emissions into the atmosphere and makes the coal explosion-proof. By converting the coal into a liquid form, delivery and dispensing of the fuel can be simplified.
- Low cost fuel: Because of the relatively low cost of coal when compared to other energy sources, CWS is a very competitive alternative to heating oil and gas. Depending on geographical area the price per unit energy of CWS may be 30% to 70% lower than the equivalent oil or gas.
- Cost effective and environmental friendly: Low emissions and low BTU cost (Gcal or MWh) make CWS very cost effective and environmental friendly fuel for heat and power generation.
2. Structure introduction of coal water slurry fired hot air furnace
Coal water slurry fired hot air furnace system include combustor, dust remover system, CWS feed system, compressed air system and air supply system
- Combustor: upper-middle of generator is cylinder shape and bottom of generator is cone shape. The combustor wall is equipped with variable air-spray tube, which makes the burn of CWS in vortex condition
1) Ensure CWS and air intensive mixing, increase the combustion rate.
2) Vortex flow air increase the CWS combustion time
3) Scouring function of vortex air avoid the possibility of coking on furnace wall
Balanced jet flow, vortex, block off flow make the generator achieve best combustion effect
- Dust remover system: the dust collection system includes two steps; The first step is in-furnace dust remove, after this collection, the powder product can meet the requirement for making glazed tile. The second step is outside dust collector, after this collection, powder production can meet the requirement for high class polished tile requirement
- Air register: automatically compensate cold air for the high temperature generator air, make the hot wind reach the required temperature
- Slag and ash collector system: automatically collect ash and slag, cooling the temperature of slag and ash without raising dust, create clean working environment.
- CWS feed system: Feed coal water slurry to the cyclone burner, mainly include vibrating screen, CWS filter, CWS pump, pipe system, pressure gauge and control valve.
- Air supply system: Compressed air system: provide compressed air for CWS atomization and combustion, mainly provided by the factory air compressor.
- Electric control system: include dynamic control and working condition monitoring control; dynamic control ensures equipment stable operation. Working condition monitoring control provides temperature and pressure to guarantee the hot air generator successful start and function well.
- Ignition system:use diesel oil, coal gas or natural gas as fuel for ignition.
