II. Design fuel
Coal type: coal fuel, as received basis net calorific power is above 12.6MJ/Kg.
Granularity requirement: particle size 0-13mm
Limestone granularity requirement: particle size 0-2mm

IV.Features of CFB boiler
1. Boiler furnace(combustion chamber)
All of the boiler furnaces adopt membrane type water cooled wall and suspension structure.
The lower part of furnace is breeches-leg structure, which include two wind chambers and two air distribution plates.
And the lower part of combustion chamber is lined with anti-corrosive fireproof materials, which in the cone part can prevent the high temperature corrosion.
2. Separator
Four high temperature adiabatic separator, made of carbon steel plate, lined with anti-corrosive fireproof materials, the upper part of separator is cylindrical section( for material separation),the lower part is cone section(capture the participles and deliver back to return valve)
In order to increase the efficiency of separator, and reduce the corrosive rate for central cylinder, it adopts eccentric layout, the flue gas purified by separator enter into the tail convection pass.
3. Return valve
Four return valves are allocated below four separators, the valves are made of carbon steel plates and lined with anti-corrosive fireproof materials.
The circulated materials are fluidized by the high pressure wind through wind distribution plate of valves.
