In many branches of industry, steam or superheated water is used as heat transfer fluids for attaining high tempertures, e.g 300°C degrees, in projects required high temperture operations. however, to a temperture of 300°C degrees can be reached up with a pressure of 90 bar at least. Installation cost of the boiler plant working at very high pressure are high and risk of explosion of boiler increases. Thermal oil systems are used for meeting the requirement of high-temperture fluid in industrial plants. The most important specification of thermal oil systems is to be able to rise to high temperture in low pressure values. Thermal oil boilers produce thermal energy effectively and safely at tempertures above 300°C degrees and under atmosferic pressure. These boilers are designed as two serpentines which are nested, three pass and accordance with in accordance with DIN 4754.Thermal oils, specifications of which are able to remain intact nearly up to 300°C at the atmosferic pressure are used as heat transfer fluids.Boilers can be heated with fluid, solid and gas fuels. Heating surfaces of Thermal oil boiler in accordance with DIN 2448 / 17175 and these surfaces are manufactured from steel extrusion pipe, whose quality is in accordance with St 35.8.
Thermal Oil Boilers are insulated with rock wool, whose thickness of which is 100 mm to minimize heat loss and the rock wool is covered with embossed metal sheet, whose thickness of which is 0.8 mm.
