1. Introduction

DZL series wood gasification boilers use wood chips, wood dust, wood logs, sawdust, rice husk and biomass pellet as the main fuel, combusts on a fixed grate or reciprocating grate. Boilers have larger grate area and the entire membrane walled furnace, at the rear is fire heating surface, at the rear is perpetuator economizer, a number of blower is fitted near economizer,

• Advanced water tube and fired tube structure: based on the previous water tube coal fired boiler and biomass boiler, we equipped fire tube inside the boiler drum, which make high temperature flue gas get into fire tube to heat the water, and this will largely increase the thermal efficiency of the boiler, which can make boiler efficiency reach 83%
• Advanced combustion and heating process: in spiral flow air combustion condition, fugitive content of fuel conflagrate, which eliminate the dark flue gas production. Long boiler drum is with large water and steam content, plenty of convection tube can absorb heat sufficiently.
• Special design feed hopper and feeding machine:fuel is transported to furnace continuously and average by feeding machine, the fuel move to rear of the furnace to complete perfect combustion.
• Optimized Secondary air system: make sure the sufficient burning of fuel.
• Safe and reliable operation structure: boiler rear is equipped with two explosion-proof doors to avoid damage of furnace wall during deflagration
• Dual fuel adaptable: when we use wood chip as fuel, we just need to remove the feeding machine, and adopt fast chain grate.
