useage:

1.Brush your teeth very gently before each treatment.

2.Have your teeth tray ready (not included in this auction).

3.Squeeze a small amount of gel (0.5cc) evenly along each tray.  You are using 1 cc (1ml) for each application.

4.Place both trays in your mouth. Close your lips over the trays. Spit excess if needed.

5.Remove the trays after 15 minutes and rinse them off under cold water.

6.Brush or rinse the excess gel from your teeth and gums.
