Introduction
Semi-automatic filling machine is consisted of filling device,pneumatic capping device,frame,stainless steel roller conveyor, electrical control system. 
It adopts advanced technique abroad with high accuracy and not affected by materials. 
The weighing value is indicated timely and digitally. There are two filling type as net weight and gross weight. Also, there are two filling speed as fast and low. The fast speed guarantees the filling output while low speed ensures the precision. 

Characteristics
-The filling head and pipe apply quick-connect structurem, easy to disassemble and clean. 
-Automatic material feeding, with pneumatic clamp and capping device
-The roller conveyor's height from floor:300mm or 500mm
-Frame:fixer or moveable (optional)
-All materials contacting part are SUS304 or SUS316L, other parts are carbon steel, strong anti-corrosive.

Process flow
Put the pail under the filling head and start the filling signal. It will open the two feeding valves automatically. When it arrives at the set point 1, close the fast feeding valve. When it arrives the set point 2, close low feeding valve. Manually put the cap on the pail and move it to the capping position (there is a assistive locating device). Start the signal and it begins capping automatically. After capping finished, move the pail manually and take it to the storage area.
