I. Flow chart

compounding material → put into hopper → melt and plasticized by extruder → extruded by die head → vacuum fixing dia. → haul-off → cutting → stack

II. Technics introduction

Firstly, compound PVC and other material symmetrically, and then put them into hopper. Later, after being melted and plasticized in the extruder, material will be extruded through die head and going into vacuum fixing dia. machine, in that, it will be formed by cooling. At last, pipe being cut down automatically and going onto stacker, PVC rigid pipe will be got.
