2>Electric System:

a. The microcomputer control system USES the Japanese mitsubishi PLC computer control system

b. Temperature control components using Taiwan acquisitive PLC automatic temperature control module

c.Siemens bader motor

3>Extrusion system:

a. Screw, with 38 crmoala high quality alloy steel cylinder and ion nitriding treatment, wear-resisting, Corrosion resistant, long service life.

b. Screw type USES the gradient, with pin mixing head, make the raw material of uniform plasticizing, melange effect is remarkable, and visual materials with different screw type.

4>The die head and blow air system:

a.Overall structure forms: central feed fifo structure, color change refueling, fast and convenient

b.Heating method: stainless steel heating circle, the temperature accuracy + / - 1%

c.Die material: with a variety of special nitriding steel processing, internal chromium plating processing (material imports)

d.Temperature control: PLC modular temperature control

5> Clamping system:

a. The guidance, combining a model with double linear guide (resistance is small, fast speed, high precision of orientation, resistance to wear and tear)
