Q1: Can I have free samples to test?

A1: Yes, free samples available for your test with freight collect or prepaid by Paypal or Western Union. .

 

Q2: How can I test samples?

A1: Connect the modules with your own power supply whose output voltage should be DC12V or DC24V. If you do not have such a power supply, please ask us to provide with samples.

 

What is the Warranty for your modules?

A2: For the modules, we have 3 years warranty for modules with Samsung, Epistar or Sanan LED, 5 years warranty for Cree or Osram LED. If any product problems occurred during warranty, we take responsibility to send you replacements immediately.

 

Q3: What are the advantages of constant current circuit driving?

A3: Constant current driving ensuring full string working in same brightness and stably working, greatly reduce the fluctuating power efficiency and maintain longer lifespan of LEDs.

 

Q4: Do you also sell power supplies or extra collectors for the modules?

A4: Yes. But please take care that power supply should leave some capacity to protect itself and modules with 20%~30% unused. i.e. input power are 20%~30% more than exact LEDs power consumption.

 

Q5: What is the max quantity of one string?

A5: Normally we suggest max 20pcs a string then connect to power supply, but if you have other requests. Please contact us for more information.

 

Q6: Are your LED modules dimmable?

A6: Most of our LED modules are not dimmable. We now just do ODM products for regular customers.

 

Q7: Can I use the modules in outdoor or directly opening conditions?

A7: Modules’ Protection rate is IP65, but better be used in lights boxes, channel letters or carbines in outdoor projects and avoid being exposed to opening conditions.

 

Q8: Do you accept OEM/ODM service?

A8: Yes, lead time for sample is around 3 days and for bulk order needs around 3 weeks.

 

Q9: Is there any cheap shipping method to import to our country?

A9: For small order, express will be best. And for bulk order, shipment by sea is the cheapest way but take much time.
For urgent orders, we suggest DHL or Fedex IP with door to door service.

Q10: Can we get a good price for your high power modules, as we sell low power module most at present?

 

A10: Please inform us your detailed mind on your market demand, we will discuss and propose helpful suggestion for you, to find the best solution for you.

 

Q11: Can you tell me the differences between your modules with and without optic lens?

A11: Kindly note the reason that optic lens occurs is to avoid brighter dots and to get evenly light effect. As LED modules would be the perfect light source for advertising signs, we design lens for modules suitable for various applications
