STEP1: Manually put tubes into the moulds on the disk.

STEP2: Tubes point located by the device (color sensor optional), and filled with materials by the filling head.

STEP3: Heated by the heating gun, the tube bottom will be a bit melted.

STEP4: The heated bottom clapped by the sealing head, then the tube fill be sealed and printed at the same time.

STEP5: Cut the part that is not even at the tube bottom and punch the hole at the same time.

Installation/ Training:

The installation can be provided by the MIC Company. It must be after shipment and machine has arrived and factory must be ready equipped with all necessary requirements before booking installation with MIC Company. Our engineers will come to the site for the complete and final installation. During the installation session, a one day training course will be provided to the customer to the customer for operation and maintenance procedure. The purchase at US$70/person/day plus all local transportation, accommodation, air tickets (round trip). Day charges include travel day.
