"LY09 Series" and "LY12 Series"  are new generation of electronic locks from           ZHONGSHAN JIEAN ELECTRONIC TECHNOLOGY CO.LTD, which have induction system and  lock automatically. They would also work with entrance guard system, attendance,  IC card system, building intercom system. 

Product Features :

* Automatic locking,the closing process with the lock bolt no contact, no impact, no noise;  

* locks work of the state to be automatic sound and light hint, warning; Lock or unlock no

   mistake after turnover, 5 seconds back door will automatically lock, ensure safety;

* Built-in backup power supply, power without external power supply is normal, automatic            transfer pulse, until the door lock locks prison so far;

* Lock body material: stainless steel wire drawing, thickness 2.0 mm, metal gear, durable and        beautiful;

* Lock out tongue length is equal to or greater than 20 mm, accord with the ministry of public        security of GA/T73-94-5.1.6 grade B standard.

Installation Intrutions:

* Note : The lock couldn't be welded, or install in fire door.

1. Punch hole :

    *  About 1m height from floor, 52mm to the edge of door frame,punch a diameter 28.5 +0.6 hole for lock              cylinder.

2. Install lock cylinder :

  *  Imitate to plug the cylinder with master ring into the door,and make suer keep cylinder tail horizontal while inserting into the lock hole. Make sure the door thickness is no less than 30mm.

  *  Pay attention to the length of cylinder tail,if it is more than 10-15mm measured from the door, should be cut to meet the right size.
  *  If the above a,b steps are OK,screwed,and the screw depth to the cylinder is 8~14mm.

3. Install lock body :

  *  Unfold the back cover of lock body (screws are on the side of the latch).
  *  The power and unlock line into the the line hole about 10CM.
  *  The locks simulation on bit lock shaft hole trying position, alignment lock plug tail, insert the appropriate        bit.
  *  Screw on the main lock body 4 fastening screws that screw into the side of the appropriate turn key,             flexible premise fastening screws rotating in the key.

  *  Test the key to unlocking the the tongue should telescopic flexible (latch key in any position can be                inserted into the lock hole and rotating flexible reset normal set aside)

4.Connect the power wire :

  *  Refer to the below diagram of circuit board, connect the positive and negative wire.
  *  If connected with a external unlock signal,connect the external door signal + and external door signal.

5. Install lock cover :

  * Cover and lock body slightly tilted the cover positioning embedded in the main lock body first, relatively           tank rotation proper position, so that the the fork long-hole sets Rod Pin, adjustment cover parallel bit             fitted cover fixed screws.
  * Rotary knob should be flexible.

6. mount lock catch :

  *  Imitate to install the lock catch,make sure the space between the lock latch and lock catch hole is                  OK,and draw the outline of lock catch.
  *  Unscrewed the support and install on the door according to the draw and centering;then screw the lock         catch.
