Product introduction

MIC-8Y semi-automatic bottle blow molding machine is suitable for producing PET plastic containers and bottles from 10-2000ml. It is widely used to produce the pure water, mineral water, carbonated drink bottles, pesticide bottles, oil bottles cosmetics, wide-mouth bottles etc.

Features:

* Adopting double crank to adjust molds, heavily locking molds stable and fast, using infrared oven to heat the preforms. The preforms are rotated and heated equally.

*The air system has been divided into two parts: pneumatic action part and bottle blowing part to meet the different requirements for the action and blow. It can provide sufficient and steady high pressure for blowing large irregular shaped bottles.

* The machine is also equipped with muffler and oiling system to lubricate the mechanical part of the machine.

* The machine can be operated in the step-by-step mode and the semi-automatic mode.

The machine is small with low investment, easy and safe to operate.

Not complete forming	Not enough air pressure .air blowing retention time incorrect.	Increase pumps air pressure, Check air supply tube, and any leakage on solenoid valve. Adjust the retention time
There is agglomeration on the neck or bottom of the bottle, like hook moon.	Air blowing retention time too long. Oven chamber adjustment not ready	Make the retention time shorter. Adjust the temperature on upper or down part.
