Product Description:

Washing part
1. Inverter clamp to pick up the bottles by catch the bottle neck
2. SUS304 stainless steel
3. Spraying nozzle could reach all the parts of the bottle, save the washing water
The bottle will be feed into the machine through the conveyor to the first part is rinsing part, there are many support seats and the bottle grippers, The grippers take the bottles from the inlet star wheel while they are still driven by the star wheel, thus guaranteeing a safe grip. 
The bottle is turned upside down and centered above a spraying nozzle which directs a stream of rinse water into the bottle. After the draining period the bottle is turned over to an upright position again. 

 Filling part
1. No bottle no filling
2. Same filling level of all the bottles, adjustable filling level
3. Filling precision ≤±2mm
4. Negative pressure filling valve
5. Normal temperature
6. No dropping

Capping part
1. PCO, plastic cap, metal cap, aluminum cap

5. Place & capping system, electromagnetic capping heads, with burden discharge function, make sure minimum bottle crash during capping

7. Automatic stop when lack of bottle
