In 1957, when our doors with ¾ in. solid MDF panels, our patented JHK cam activated hinges and heavy duty hardware first hit the market it quickly became the top choice for Manhattan developers and architects. From Turner Construction when they built the Hofstra Dormitories on Long Island to HRH Construction when they built The Trump Towers, developers continue to purchase our JHK bi-fold and sliding doors. Today this product is bought by contractors, homeowners and developers alike.

• The 3/4 in. solid MDF construction gives the door a very solid and sturdy feel when opening and closing
• Solid MDF construction cannot delaminate like a hollow core door
• Heavy-duty hardware ensures smooth quiet operation
• Smooth clean primed white finish (unfinished - ready for paint or stain)
• Track comes in a chrome finish
• Fully adjustable hardware allows both vertical and horizontal adjustments to obtain proper fit and operation
• Bi-fold height is adjustable from 79 ¼ in. - 80 ½ in. for 80 in. tall doors and 95 ¼ in. - 96 ½ in. for 96 in. tall doors
• Unfinished hardwood saddle gives opening a finished look and prevents dust and debris from passing under the doors
• Bi-fold allows for full access, doors open toward the edge of the opening, allowing access to 90% of the closet’s width when opened
• Dimensions listed for this door are the finished openings they include room for the top and bottom track and saddle, it is not the height or width of the panels themselves
