A1. The certain rate on the screen, we will tell you how to calculate and then you can time the figures to easy change the filling volume.
Q2. The Stainless steel machine are rusted?
A2. Our machine stainless steel will not be rusted, the reason you can see it because some of the part(not touch with products) is #45 steel, cause it is strongger then stainless steel, in order to keep machine running stead.
Q3. What about the machine main electri parts are broken under your guarantee?
A3. We send you a new one to replace right after we confirm the reason, and the DHL or UPS fee is cover by us.
