Description :

 

Dried Lotus root ( Nelumbo nucifera ) is the hightly prized root of the water lily, lotus, simply washed to skin  then slieced and dry by sun on rice straw mats.

The fresh lotus root is reddish brown in color, with two oe three sections, each about six inched in diameter and linked together like sausages.

The peeled roots are very attractive when cut in cross section because of the tunnels that tun along their lenght and are appreciated for their decorative value.

 

We produce dried lotus root by the ancient manner, without chemicals or bleaching  agents, all details of producing must made by  traditional.

 

- Use of Lotus Roots Tea: sleep well, prevent and treat of lung diseases, cough, bronchitis, lung tumor,…

-Usage: 10-20 gram Lotus root simmer about 15”, then add 3 slices of ginger and little salt. Drink hot.
