A. Application

This insulated copper wire electrical wire is designed for use in the switch control, relay  and instrumentation panels of power switchgear and for purposes such as internal connectors in rectifier equipment, motor starters and controllers,usb wire ,data wire.

B. Standard

Standards: BS6004, CENELEC HD21.3 GB/T 5023, IEC 60227, CCC approved core*sizes up to and including 150mm2 are CCC approved. For sizes 185mm2 and above please contact for more information.

1.Insulated copper wire conductor:  Class 5 flexible plain annealed copper conductor to BS EN 60228: 2005 (previously BS6360) 
2.Usb wire insulation: PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) Type TI 1 to BS7655 
3.Data wire insulation Color: Red, Blue, Black, Brown, Yellow, Green, Yellow/Green
4.Voltage Rating: H05V-K 300/500V; H07V-K 450/750V 
5.Temperature Rating: 0°C to +70°C

6.Minimum Bending Radius: 6 x overall diameter
