HDMANN WIRE MESH CABLE TRAY SYSTEM

HDMANN wire mesh cable tray is constructed of precision engineered, high quality, welded steel wire and is the result of decades of research gained from the installation of 94,000 miles of tray across the globe.

Our wire mesh cable tray is subjected to testing at every stage of the manufacturing process. In actual use, it has performed in a wide variety of office buildings and is widely used for from heavy power cable pathways on oil drilling platforms to data installation above the ceiling.

Our wire mesh cable tray is alailable in depths of 25-150mm, and in a variaty of widths, ranging from 30-1000mm. The standard finish is electroplared zinc after fabrication. A variaty of other finishes available are including hot dipped galvanized after fabrication, pre-galvanized as well as multitude of colors in powder coating. The wire mesh cable tray is also available in type 304 and 306 stainless steels for extremely corrosive enviroments.

As for the wire mesh cable tray fittings, the fittings can be fabricated in field. However, to expedite installation, HDMANN offers factory assembled horizontal fittings. The pre-fabricated fittings are time-saving and cost-effective compared with the field-fabricated horizontal fittings, which enjoys a great reputation. 	perforated cable tray	A perforated(ventilated) tray has openings in the bottom of the tray, allowing some air circulation around the cables, water drainage, and allowing some dust to fall through the tray. Small cables may exit the tray through the ventilation openings, which may be either slots or holes punched in the bottom.
