Water Rotary Paint Booth

No pump water rotary spray booth avoids blockage in water circulation systems.

Outdoor air is filtered at the top of the spray chamber and then goes into the spray booth. Top-down flows around the workpiece and operating workers will exhaust air containing particulate matter quickly to water-rotator under the floor grilles because the role of outdoor ventilation exhaust fan. The overflow is atomized under the action of high-speed air and then be mixed with air stream inside the rotator. Particles will be washed into the water, after swept through the channel and static pressure chamber by air, the separated water flows back automatically to overflow plate, purified air is discharged outside the high-altitude exhaust fan.
