Biogas Generator Tank Introduction                         

During the biogas production process , there is unavoidable to produce by-products such as H2S and ammonia. Thess corrosive compounds will corrode the biogas digester equipment when they comes into contact with these corrosive elements. Unless a anti-corrosion material are used , damage to equipment will occur.

And Commercial biogas reactor tanks are usually made from one of the following materials :

2.  Concrete – Reinforced concrete and pre-cast (either pre- stressed or post - stressed)

5.  Glass fused to steel : also called enamel coating steel, glass lined steel, which is the perfect choice for the biogas digester / generator plant.

The glass fused to steel bolted tanks which is corrosion - resistance and abrasion - resistance are offered by us. The glass fused to steel is built from two layer enameled sheets coated on both sides. The sheets are attached with special high grade bolts and sealed by constantly flexible silicone (sealant). The surface of connecting material and the shell itself are properly treated.
