Return Policy 

Products with quality-related issues may be returned for a refund or exchange by contacting Customer Service within 7 days of receiving your order. will be responsible for any shipping fees incurred. This does not include items identified as "NC/NR" or "Non-Cancelable/Non-Returnable" ("Non-Standard Products") or governed by a Purchase Agreement Letter. We will also accept exchanges for products of equal or greater value within 7 days of receiving your order as long as the products were originally purchased from and are still in the original packaging.
Products with no quality-related issues may be returned for a refund or exchange by contacting Customer Service within 7 days of receiving your order. You will be responsible for all return shipping fees incurred.
Any product that has been used does not qualify for a return or exchange. All returned items must be in brand-new condition, unused and with original tags and packaging.
Some products may require that they be returned directly to the manufacturer.
To obtain a return authorization number, Please contact us. Your customer service representative will give you a return authorization number and the correct return address for your merchandise.

1. How can I trust the seller?

A: Firstly, since 1994, we started our business as surveying instrument and accessories supplier and our products have been widely accepted and enjoyed a very good reputation among our dealers and end users.

2. So for technical support where can I ask? Does sursup has anyone who can answer tech support?

A: Please just send your questions to me and I will forward your requirement to the right person since all our technicians or factory engineers are speak Chinese only. 

3. We want to import it, but we have not any import/export license, so, please let us know how it will be materialized, so that we can get that instrument without any problem.

A:  As we will ship the product through express company like DHL/TNT, you don’t necessarily have any import/export license. The carrier/express will deliver the product to your office or your place and they will finish the custom clearance on behalf of you however you will have to provide supporting information or document, usually the PI, when necessary. You will also pay the fee or tax to the carrier. There are 2 typical fee may occur. One is custom duty upon your cargo value and category. The other is VAT/GST which is Value Added Tax upon on the cargo value and your local VAT rate.
