Technical requirement: 1. This equipment is made, tested and accepted as per HG2432-2001"Technical conditions of glass-lined equipment" and GB/T4735-1997"steel made welding normal pressure vessel". 2. The basic shape and size of welding joints shall be as the HG20583-1998, J442 for manual welding electrode, H08A for auto welding wire, welding flus 431. 3.X-ray non-destructive testing shall be performed on the A and B welding joints of shell body, shell cover and clamping, testing length shall >=10% of each welding seam length and no less than 250mm, meet JB4730-2005III. 4. Hydraulic test shall be as per GB/T79994, testing pressure in the shell is 0.2MPa. 5. Nozzle and support are as per top view. 6. Outlet and all the standby outlets are sealed by lap joint flange and blind plate. 7. Equipment surface is painted with one layer of red primer and one layer of green phenolic ready mixed paint. Painting surface shall be smooth and uniform.(paint brand: FZ03-1) 8. Thickness of glass-lined layer is 0.8-2.0mm. High voltage testing pressure is 20KV. 9. Packing and transportation are as per clause 9.4 in HG2432-2001. 10. This equipment is used as normal pressure vessel.
