          2. For plastic material model, multi-color silk print but MOQ should be 1000pcs is accepted;

          3. OEM packaging box, MOQ should be 1000pcs, or you can pay the cost of 1000pcs OEM boxes, we will keep it as stock and return this money to you when the whole 1000pcs are shipped out;

ODM (new shape, new features)

          1. Firstly you choose the shape and confirm the customized features with us;

          2. We will finish the ID drawing for your confirm first;

          3. If ID is accepted, we will go for the interior structure drawing;

          4. Then it's the hand-made sample phase, one option is only the hand-made sample for appearance confirm, another option is appearance combined with functional hand-made sample;

          5. Once the hand-made sample is approved, then we can begin the tooling sample;

          6. Once the tooling sample is confirmed, then this sample will be considered as Golden sample for mass production.

After-sales service

1. 1 year international warranty is guaranteed;

2. When you received the speaker, if it's defined as quality problem, please send it back and we will replace it for a good quality one of free charge;

3. When your speaker is manually damaged, if it's still under warranty guaranteed, please also send it back, we will help to fix the speakers, fixing and shipping costs will be taken care by your side.

1. Why does my speaker not sound so good for its first use? It gets trembling sound and jump.

Please check if you already peel off the mask on the bottom silicon gel pad, this mask will cause the problem you’ve described.

Also please make sure the surface you put the speaker is flat, smooth, and please control your music volume at a reasonable range.

2. Why does my Bluetooth speaker not work well? The Bluetooth signal seems very insensitive.

Please make sure the battery is with enough power capacity, if the Bluetooth green light becomes dime, you should have it charged for proper function,

3.Why does the suction cup keeps falling? This could be very dangerous to damage the speaker, and other things.

To solve this problem, firstly please make sure the mask on the bottom is already peeled off before use.

Then the surface should be dry, flat, and smooth.

What’s most important is that please not use the suction cup to work with the heavy vibration speaker, like S7, KingKong, etc.
