4QZ-1800 self-propelled grass and corn forage harvest equipment

1. The design of double discs header feeds all the crops uniformly into drum, which can cut all the stalks within the working width (not row by row), to improve the yield rate.

2. Adopted upright feeding roller, upright chaff cutter, which is simple structure and stable performance, not only cutting off the straw cuticle, but also retaining the nutrients. Chaff cutter and feeding roller can be quickly connected and disconnected in order to easy maintenance and future upgrades facelift.

3. They are equipped with inline 4-cylinder with 140 hp supercharged diesel engine, efficient and high-powered. Upgrade strengthens the gearbox, added a 1:6 high-strength Wheel reductor.

4. Controlled by two sets hydraulic systems, one set used to control cutting header lift, throwing drum lift and turning, main clutch, storage container lift and tripping. Another is control walking steering. Added a hydraulic control CVT (Continuously Variable Transmission) system.

5. The new cab with 270 degree wide field of vision and simple operating system makes it easy to drive.

6. Equipment with storage containers of forage makes forages recycle and harvest more convenient.

7. Big track and short wheelbase make it convenient and flexible to bend and turn. Bold claw shaft, to ensure the reliability and safety of steering rear axle.

8. High efficiency, low price, and low fuel consumption, make this machine become more and more small and middle size pasture’s first choice.
