YLL series high quality automatic PLC control tyre vulcanizing machine

Use

Is mainly used in the auto tyre, aircraft tyre, engineering tyre, tractor tyre and other pneumatic tyre vulcanization. Also use

in small specifications of the vulcanizing machine, vulcanizing motorcycle tires, bicycle tires.

Tire vulcanizing machine working principle of the system:

the motor drives the gear pump and high pressure gear pump rotation (pump rotation direction should be consistent with

the direction of arrow), press the start button. After the oil filter to gear pump, relief valve, check valve, oil cylinder, the

hydraulic oil through the column filter remote to check valve, pressure regulating valve to gear pump, oil cylinder plug

rapid rise, reduced flow, low pressure relief valve and remote relief valve pressure relief system consists of electric contact

pressure gauge black needle, electric contact pressure gauge red needle is transferred to the holding pressure of 14.5 Mpa,

the other green needle to 13 Mpa, when on the table and red black needle overlap, pressure gauge signals, make the motor

stop working, for pressure. Note: the curing time to be set in advance DSJ -909, the holding time, automatic alarm buzzer

sounded, now back to the control valve of hydraulic station handle, hot plate falling fast, namely open mould. A working

procedure to complete. Due to moulding vulcanization process may appear step-down phenomenon, back to the green

black needle overlap (not pressure), the motor to work operation, make the black with red needle stitches overlap,

automatically fill pressure, automatic pressure does not affect the curing time.
