 XK-160 hot sale open type rubber mixing mill specification:

1. Mainly used for rubber plasticating and mixing, the machine uses motor reducer integrated structure, resucer is planetary cycloid model, connected with straight distraction, large transmission power, low noise etc

2. Both ends of the roller bearing adopt rolling bearing model, instead of copper tile, nylon tile sliding mode, improve the overall effect of device, which is very suitable for the laboratory.

3. The roller adopts Alloy Chilled Cast Iron Rolls , the surface hardness and abrasive resistance is better than common chilled cast iron rllr.

4. The roller thermoregulation  is sky spray type . Roll surface temperature is uniform.

5. The roller adopts Ball Bearing .

6. Adjust distance device of roller, adopts worm gear , worm drive, easy operation

7. It is equipped with emergency shutdown mechanism , ensure safety.
