A:Our softwares are including Adobe InDesign , Adobe Illustrator , Adobe Photoshop ,, Freehand , QuarkXPress, Coreldraw.

 

Q: What are your Max. and Min. printing sizes?

A: Our maximum printing paper is 720×1,020mm and minimum size is 360×520mm.

 

Q: What types of binding do you provide?

A: Hard cover binding, soft cover binding, saddle stitch binding, wired-o book binding, Flexi bound, Chinese Traditional thread binding.

 

Q: What are your requirements for customers' files?

A: We prefer to use PDF or InDesign or Coreldraw. if you have some other format, please let us to check first. Picture resolution is not less than 300dpi. CMYK file is recommended.

 

Q: How to provide files?

A: CD, DVD,hard disk, USB Disk or FTP.

 

Q: How to make payment?

A: Normally, the 30% deposit should be paid before prepress, the balance should be paid before shipping .
