Introduction:

 

Carbonated fruit juice filling equipment adopts bottle neck holding transmission technology to realize fully automatic bottle rinsing, pulp filling, carbonated filling and cap screwing. It employs single cavity plunger type of fixing filling volume technique. It is equipped with CO2 accuracy pressure control, so that the liquid level is always stable. The application of alarm devices for bottle jam, bottle shortage, bottle damage, cap shortage, over loading etc. in several places ensure the quality of its production. This hot filling equipment adopts bottle neck holding transmission technology to realize fully automatic rinsing,filling and capping. It is equipped with perfect temperature control system, reverse-flow system, automatic cleaning system and control program. Each machine element that contacts with the liquid is made of high quality  stainless steel and food-grade rubber.

 

Technical Features

I.bottom supporting conveyor is used to make the line run more stable and reliable.

II.Filling machine with large rotating bearing support structure, so the machine run more smoothly. The use of pressure filling principle makes filling fast, with accurate liquid level. This machine has no bottle no filling characteristics. Only a few micro-adjust the height of the various parts, replacement pieces can be produced to change the filling bottles of different sizes.

III.The cap handler is the pneumatic rotary one. Cover the surface without damage, lack of caps automatically fill the caps and so on.

IV.Machine with centralized lubrication systems. Equipment maintenance,maintenance more convenient and faster..

V.Advanced human-machine interface machine operation, PLC control, variable frequency stepless speed regulation and other automatic control technology. Valve does not open without bottles, cap chute covered within the short shut-down. The parts in contact with water are made of high quality stainless steel. Main electrical and pneumatic components are from internationally known manufacturers.
