QGF series barrel filling machine is designed for filling 3 gallon or 5 garron barrels with the purified water or mineral water. THese machines have a production capactiy of 120barrels-2000barrels per hour. THe barrel filling line consists of the following items: the automatic barrel-loading system for the barrel washing, filling & sealing 3-in-1 machine, the barrel washing machine for cleaning the barrel exteriors, the barrel washing machine for cleaning the barrel interiors, the barrel filling & capping machine, the cap remover, the film looping & heat-shrinking tunnel, the conveyor chain and its automatic control system, the automatic control system of the whole barrel filling line etc.
