Main equipment structure

1. Fourdrinier wire section:15m×3400mmmm fourdrinier wire 1 set;Φ700mm×3400mm vacuum couch roll 1 set; forming table wrapped by stainless steel, headbox made by (304) stainless steel .

2. Press section: the three pressure areas with four roll & a main press

upper roll 700 x 3400 mm, 1 pc; bottom roll 650 x 3400 mm 1 pc; roll body is cast iron with rubber, thickness of rubber is 25mm. Vacuum roll: 700 x 3400 mm, 1 pc, roll shell is stainless steel, wrapped with rubber and rubber thickness is 25 mm. Composite roll: 800 x 3400 mm,1 pc,roll body is cast iron wrapped with rubber and rubber thickness is 25 mm. A main press: Φ 800 mm x 3400 mm, natural marble roll 1 set; Φ 750 mm x 3400 mm rubber roll 1 set, rubber hardness 95 ℃ to + 2. Pneumatic pressure device

3.Dryer section: Φ1500mm×2850mm×3400mm alloy dryer can 22 sets with gear box, first and second can chroming. With Dry felt device, blade 22 sets, full closed dryer exhaust hood 1 set.

4.Sizing machine 1 set, upper roller φ750mm×2900mm×3400mm, cast iron with rubber,rubber thickness 20mm, rubber hardness shore “A” 108±2°, bottom rollerφ700mm×2900mm×3400mm, cast iron wrapping with rubber, rubber hardness shore “A” 98±2°

5.Dryer section: Φ1500mm×2850mm×3400mm alloy dryer can 8 sets with gear box, first and second can chroming. With Dry felt device, blade 8 sets,full closed dryer exhaust hood 1 set.

6. Calender section:4 rolls calender 1 set,upper roll Φ570mm,Φ500mm,middle roll Φ500mm,bottom roll Φ700mm

7. Winding section:with 2400mm Horizontal pneumatic rewinding machine 1 set,winding drum Φ1100mm×2900mm×3400mm.

8. Rewinding section:with 2400mm frame-style rewinder 1 set,(overfeed)
